Swimming Pool

Pool Manager
The Pool Manager has been granted full authority to oversee and enforce all aspects of pool operations, including the safety and behavior of individuals using the facility. All members, guests, and children are expected to comply promptly with the Pool Manager’s instructions. The Pool Manager has the discretion to address any behavior or condition that compromises safety, disrupts the enjoyment of others, or violates posted rules.
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. Unattended minors may be asked to leave the facility until appropriate supervision is present. Adults are expected to remain in close proximity and maintain awareness of their children’s activities while at the pool.
Members are responsible for cleaning up after themselves and their guests, including the disposal of trash, food containers, and personal belongings. Leaving messes behind is inconsiderate to others and may result in warnings or suspension of pool privileges.
To ensure an enjoyable experience for all residents, members are asked to limit the size and number of pool toys or flotation devices brought into the pool. Oversized items that restrict movement, obstruct sightlines, or monopolize space may be removed at the discretion of the Pool Manager to allow room for others to swim comfortably.
Guests
Guests must be accompanied by the member at all times while on HOA property, including the pool and surrounding common areas. The member is fully responsible for the conduct and supervision of all guests they bring, including ensuring that guests adhere to all posted rules and regulations.
No member may have a total of more than 10 individuals at the facility at any one time, including the member, their immediate family members, and any invited guests. This limit is designed to ensure fair and safe use of the facilities for all residents and to prevent overcrowding.
Violations of this policy may result in suspension of facility privileges, fines, or other disciplinary action as determined by the Board.
Notices

Guest Limit: Private parties are limited to a maximum of 50 attendees, including all guests, family members, and children. This restriction is in place to ensure safety and protect pool facilities from overcrowding or excessive wear.
-
Fees: There is a $300 non-refundable usage fee for hosting a private party, which helps cover operational and cleaning costs.
-
Deposit: A $100 refundable security deposit is required to reserve the space. This deposit will be returned provided the area is left clean, undamaged, and all rules are followed.
-
Staffing: The Pool Manager will be on duty during the event at no additional charge to oversee facility operations and ensure compliance with safety and HOA rules. The Pool Manager has the authority to terminate the event if rules are repeatedly violated or safety is compromised.

Access Eligibility
Use of the Whisperwood pool facilities is a privilege extended to residents who are current on their homeowners’ dues. Members must be in good standing with the Association in order to access and enjoy the pool. This policy helps ensure that the maintenance, staffing, and overall operation of the pool are equitably supported by all who benefit from its use.
The full Whisperwood Pool Policy is available at the following link: [Insert Link Here]. This document outlines all usage rules, safety guidelines, supervision requirements, and guest policies.
To promote a safe and respectful environment for all residents, we ask that each household:
-
Review the complete Pool Policy
-
Acknowledge their agreement to abide by the rules by signing the Pool Policy Agreement Form
-
Optionally complete and submit a liability waiver, which is not required for access but encouraged to clarify personal responsibility and support community safety efforts
By signing the Pool Policy Agreement Form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to follow all posted and published rules. Failure to comply with the pool policy may result in suspension of pool privileges or further action as determined by the Board of Directors.
