This website is not the official website of the Whisperwood Homeowners Association (“HOA”).

As of February 2025, the current HOA Board has stated that it does not recognize or rely upon this website for official communications, meeting notices, governance actions, or recordkeeping. Accordingly, this website is no longer an HOA-authorized platform and should not be relied upon as such.

This website is maintained independently and at personal expense by a former HOA Secretary–Treasurer for the purposes of:

• preserving historical records that were publicly distributed during her tenure,

• providing an informational archive of documents in her possession, and

• expressing personal commentary and opinion regarding HOA governance matters.

Documents appearing on this website may include:

• historical meeting materials,

• treasurer reports and addenda,

• policies and budgets previously adopted,

• and other records that were publicly shared or lawfully obtained.

Inclusion of any document on this site does not imply current validity, official adoption, or endorsement by the HOA or its Board. This site does not provide official notice of meetings, elections, rule changes, or Association actions.

For official HOA communications, homeowners should rely solely on the channels designated by the current Board of Directors.
