1. Call to Order
   • Confirm quorum is present.
2. Governance Issues
   • Discussion on current governance matters.
3. Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes
   • Review and approve minutes from the previous meeting.
4. Treasurer’s Report
   • Presentation of financial statements.
5. Appreciation for Pool Volunteers
   
   • Thank volunteers for their contributions during the 2024 pool season.
   • Vote on providing gift cards as tokens of appreciation.
6. Pool Renovations Discussion
   • Vote on project manager.
   • Discuss bids received for pool renovations.
   • Presentation on rubber surround options.
7. Proposed 2025 Budget Presentation
   • Present the proposed budget for 2025.
   • Present Proposed Pool Operations for 2025.
   • Vote on Pool Staffing
   • Vote on Pool Maintenance
8. Appointment of New Attorney
   • Discuss the need for new legal counsel, ours is retiring.
   • Appoint two board members to hire and review bylaws with the attorney.
9. 2025 Elections Planning – Date: January 13, 2025
   • Discuss voting methods: proxy, mail-in, and in-person.
   • Need to check with the Attorney if bylaws allow electronic voting for 2026.
   • Vote on Election Policy
10. Member Participation:
    • Encourage members to ask questions, provide feedback.
    • Provide information on how to submit agenda items for future meetings.
11. Next Meeting Date
    
    • Set the next board meeting for November 14, 2024, at 6:00 PM.
    • Confirm the availability of the library or secure an alternative location.
