MEETING AT POOL AREA CALLED TO ORDER:  PRESIDENT JEANIE KLOPP

SECRETARY REPORT: PRISCILLA ELLIOTT, READ AND APPROVED

TREASURER REPORT: TERESA PEACOCK, REPORTED THE EXPENSES AND COMMENTED ON FINANCIAL REPORTS.  ONLY 3 OUTSTANDING DUES FOR THE YEAR.

PAUL COMBEST REPORTED ON THE FENCING PROBLEM.  SECTION 1, 4, 5, AND 6 WILL BE REPAIRED, WITH TIJERINA MASONRY DOING THE REPAIRS.  HE SHOULD BE STARTING MID-AUGUST.

A DOG PARK WAS BROUGHT UP FOR DISCUSSION.  IT WAS NOT RECEIVED AS SOMETHING ANYONE WAS INTERESTED IN DOING.

WEBSITE USE:  IT WAS ASKED HOW MANY USED THE WEBSITE FOR GETTING INFORMATION.  NO ONE RAISED THEIR HAND.  WE LET THEM KNOW IF THEY WERE INTERESTED IN READING THE MINUTES AND OTHER INFORMATION, THEY WOULD BE POSTED FOR JANUARY 2017 AND AUGUST 2017.

CAPSTONE COTTAGES, THE NEW STUDENT HOUSING, WAS TOURED AND WAS OUTSTANDING.  EVERY TENANT USES ELECTRONIC ENTRY AND EXIT AND WILL NOT BE GOING OUT AND USING WHISPERWOOD STREETS.
